When we were growing up, we depended on our parents to be there when we needed help. But what happens years later when our parents need us? This video is designed to help adult children understand the emotional and physical needs of their aging parents and realize their own emotional and physical limits as caregivers. Based on Dr. Richard Johnson’s book, Aging Parents: How To Understand Them, this tape addresses the problems adult children encounter when faced with the physical and psychological care of their parents. It also helps adult children identify and deal with their own frustrations.
